Thank you for your interest in the Avian Contact Study. The results will be used to shape policy and public health in the UK.

We are looking for people who have close contact with birds to shape the study and also to take part in the study by completing the online survey.

You are eligible to take part in the Avian Contact Study if:

• You have been in contact with any type of bird in the last 24 hours.
• Are aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
